My actual account is showing as banned, why?

I tried to ask a question but when I logged on I got a message saying my account was banned, why, and how do I fix that

    For those that have looked at this post and have the same issue, the problem has been solved and this was the response from Vikram

    Most likely it was a system ban when setting up the spam restrictions for the community. Sorry about that.
