My Go Premium X has just stopped working. It is as if it will not switch on. How can I get it repaired under warranty please?

Try first following.
Charge the battery for 2 hours wit ha smartphone charger. Then press the On Button about 30seconds. I hobe thats brings the device back to live.

I will add my word of thanks, Lochfrass.
For us it died in mid journey so we tried the 30secs with the mount & wire in the car,
Then with the pc when we got home - The pc crashed twice before I found your suggestion.
As it had been on charge for 3 hours in the car I tried the 30seconds after it had been on a mobile phone charger for around 10 minutes...
I can only suggest that it is the extra voltage or amperage from a mobile phone charger that causes it to reset somehow.0
