I would like to have Yoda voiced purchased on my old Tomtom transferred to my new Tomtom Go Essential.

    The voice already shows as installed.

    Could you try a soft reset and check if you find it by scrolling (up and down) under voices?

    @VikramK or @lampard should pick this up on Monday and will allocate the voice to your account so you can load it on your GO Essential if the voice is compatible. Look back here then to see what they say.

    Thanks. I have tried update on the tomtom and via my drive live. Still no Yoda. What am I doing wrong.
