I'm still paying for speed cameras, but the software says the sub expires... ?!?!?

Since a longer time the software says my sub for speed cameras expires BUT every month TomTom collect the fees. The software says that I have to make a new sub but I don't want to pay double. Why collect TomTom still the fees without giving me my service.
Unfortunately TomTom never answered emails.
Hope so can help me.

    Welcome to the community! I don't see an active recurring subscription for your GO 5000.
    Could you check your account to see if there is any subscription that you are paying for?

    Hej Vikram,

    thx for answering and the links. On this way I find an active subscription which I could cancel. But why don't find my navigations system and my computer's software this sub?

    Maybe it wasn't the right channel because in Germany you don't find a support email or contact form.
