the identifier is ZA but that does not tell you if it is a 6200 or a 6250

    Hi @tom_autotrail

If you Tap Menu/Settings/System/About what does it say the model is at the Top.

If the unit is a GO6200 then if you go to Settings/Add a map you should be offered the facilitate all the TT maps. You also will have no option on the unit to select a type of vehicle or input vehicle data.

If the unit is a GO6250 then if you go to Settings/Add a map you should not be able to download the Full range of maps but only Truck maps.

If the unit is a GO6250 then in Settings you should have a Vehicle option where you can select what truck type you want and have the facility to input vehicle dimensions etc. You should also have the option to select just a Car.

Also when you are in the About page if the unit is a Truck unit GO6250 then the map should say Truck in its description.
