i have bought the speedcam update bus the device is not showing the speedcams

i get the speddcam updates but it is still not showing the speedcams.
i have already reset the device to the factory setting but that dont solve the problem
can you help me?

    Welcome to the community! I reviewed your TomTom account and I see you seem to have duplicated orders for speed cameras services.
    You can contact our customer service team to see cancel the duplicate order and raise a refund request.

    For troubleshooting the speed camera alerts issue, please try the below-

    Remove speed cameras - https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360013900380

    Disconnect the device and perform a soft reset-


    Install/update speed cameras-
    https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360013959559


    Disconnect the device and perform another soft reset.

    Test the device on a planned route and see if the alerts are working.

    your solution seems to work i will test it further but i think it is ok.
    i have purchased the speedcams for one year and i have a subscription witch come every month.
    so i think when the jear is over i can hold the subscription
    am i thinking good.
    if that is so i let it as it is.
