Had to return my 6250 twice for repair!
On the second time they replaced it with a new unit, but when I go to My connect app it will not let me put my new unit on
any ideas anyone please ??

Have you input the same My Drive account details on the replacement unit as you had on the original one.? If you have did it sync your My Places etc?

Yes it put all (my places) onto the new unit but I still can't sync the unit to my connect on my PC?0

When @VikramK or @lampard pick this up they can ask you to provide the serial number to them by message and they can arrange for it to be added to the account so that it appears there. Do NOT advise your serial number here but wait for them to ask for you to message it to them.
