Hi
I would love to update the SD card from my Mazda CX5 satnav but am unable to as it is not recognised by MyDrive Connect - have tried installing/uninstalling/reinstalling MyDrive Connect, deleting the 'loopdir' folder from the sd card and reinserting the card in the car after starting the NB1 satnav (as advised on the site). Nothing works. Can anyone help please?

Hi @blueprimal
You need to use Tomtom Home not Tomtom MyDrive Connect.

Doug - give your self a virtual hug! Thank you so much, you were 100% correct. Now sorted.1 -

TomTom Home no longer works on Mac OS BigSur so I had to delete it and have downloaded My Drive Connect assuming that the support for Mazda SD cards would be carried over. Does that mean I no longer have any way to update my maps at all?0

Mydrive connect is not compatible to update your Mazda it is with Tomtom home
if on your Mac you can't update ask someone who has a Windows computer?0
