Voices on Go Supreme

I’m trying to access the Yosemite Sam and Mr T voices I purchased for my go supreme. I recently purchased it. How do I get them to my Tom Tom with no computer?

    Those voices do not come with the GO Supreme however if they are compatible, not all voices are, then @lampard should pick this up and add them to your account so you can add them via Updates and New Items.

    I know they don’t come with it. I purchased them separately.

    You bought them for your old device. If they are compatible you need them to be added to your account to facilitate loading on the GO Supreme.

    Didn’t know I bought them on my old device. I traded that one for this one days ago. Hopefully I didn’t waste my money

    Most people that come on here re voices as you did are looking to use the same ones as they bought and used on an older unit. If you have just bought them and they are not appearing in Updates and New Items in Settings on your GO Supreme then they have not been allocated to your account yet Hopefully @lampard can resolve if not then you will need to contact Customer Support via Chat if they are still not showing.

    Ok. Hopefully they can fix it here because something is going on with support. Help.TomTom isn’t working.

    To contact Customer Support

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    Log in Top Right of next page ( you must do this)
    When you have logged in then Tap Contact Us lower right
    New Box appears and if you wait a few seconds Get In Touch appears in it
    Tap Get In Touch and now you should have the option of Chat, normal working hours, or email.
    If it does not work exactly as described try a different Web Browser.
