550 rider will not connect to my drive

When I connect my rider to the PC it says Import routes, so when I try to connect to Mydrive It says no device.
The Rider says logged into Mydrive via the cloud. Should I do a reset can I delete my Mydrive accounts and start again?

    Welcome to the community! Are you using the original TomTom USB cable to connect the device?

    You don't necessarily need to have the device connected to a computer.
    If you have routes saved on your RIDER 550 and you are using the same account to log in to MyDrive web, the routes should appear automatically(cloud sync)
