My navigation device can't connect to My Drive Connect

Hi, I have a TomTom Pro 5150 and when I try to connect it to the app to mke the updates a message appears in the navigation device that says "the service is temporarily unavailable and please try again later". Does anyone know what this error is due to and how could I solve it?
