Start 42 Lifetime Map expired

I have a Start 42 that has lifetime maps, and is not on the list of products no longer supported, yet when trying to update the device to latest map it shows my map service as being expired. Is there someone from Tomtom who can look into this? How do I contact them? Thanks.
