Hello, I have my own GO 520 navigation. I had this device repaired by you, but after the repair, TomTom Traffic does not work for me, even though it is supposed to be a lifetime service. Can you advise me how to solve it

Have you already tried the troubleshooting steps suggested in the video below-

Thhis is a user forum and not a direct link to customer support. @VikramK or @lampard should pick this up and can review your units settings on the TT servers. Look back here to see what they say which may be that you should contact Customer Support via Chat.
If the latter then
Try the following:-
Tap Support at the top of this page
Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
Tap Get in Touch
You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed it will tell you the hours that it will be available.
Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.
If it does not work exactly as described try another Web Browser.
