Using the UK website to order a Tomtom item, when I live in Australia

I ordered an air vent mount (suitable for my GO 620) on 3 May 2021. It is not available on the Australian Tomtom website. (The suction cap mounts always fail after a few months, which is very annoying!)

The charges were quoted in $AU, it came to about $53 (£34.99). There was postage of $9,99 and a $3 discount. I paid for this item through PAYPAL, but no amount has been deducted from my credit card or on my PAYPAL account. The delivery address was my delivery address in Australia.
Can you please tell me if this item has been ordered? If not, can it be ordered from the UK and delivered to Australia? If not, I could get it delivered to an address in the UK and they can post it on to me. I look forward to your reply. Rob.

Welcome to the community! Probably the payment didn't go through and the order was not processed.

Thanks, but i tried the chat before, it seems to be automated and takes me around in circles with no real person to talk to0

Try the following get Chat with a person. :-
Tap Support at the top of this page
Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
Tap Get in Touch
You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed it will tell you the hours that it will be available.
Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.
If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

He spotted that we were showing the Air-vent mount as compatible on our webshop for the 6" devices.

The 6" devices including the GO WiFi 620 is too heavy for the air-vent mount and so not recommended by our Design Team.
I have sent a head-up for the list to be updated with the correct models.
Did you manage to get in touch with our customer service with the steps provided by Doug?
