When will all the new bus gates in Bristol be updated, as my up to date TomTom keeps directing me on

Several roads in Bristol, such as Bristol Bridge and left at the bottom of Union street are bus gates. Also Baldwin street from the centre and several more.

    As there are so many new restrictions in Bristol, can Bristol City Council be contacted directly for all the new restrictions so that TomTom's do not keep directed one into newly prohibited roads? It is almost impossible to navigate Bristol with my TomTom.
