No access to Traffic services, 'Service Unavailable'

My GO 5200 has been having intermittent problems with Traffic for some time, now no service at all.
I can connect through my 'phone - using my data. And it's a faff to do every time I want to drive somewhere with my TomTom.
I've tried a full reset, a soft reset and am at the end of my tether. I suspect I have a SIM issue - TomTom Customer service- could you please look into this?

    OberHB, I tried your suggestion but it did not work. :s

    However, I found out how to remove the SIM card, I have cleaned the contacts and re-installed it.

    Traffic now works!! =)

    ...was ist denn das für ein Wortgestammel aus meinem Text geworden? Wird das in eine Fremdsprache übersetzt und dann wieder rückübersetzt?
    Das ist ja furchtbar und entstellt den Sinn!
