Unable to find new device registered to my account

Hi Guys,

2 things that im struggling with on my new go discover, i have signed in on the device but it isn't showing on my account yet and also the device is supposed to arrive with 12 months of speed camera coverage but the info on the device itself says that it will run out at the end of the month any help would be greatly appreciated!

    You must contact Tomtom support so that they can restore your rights to the radar for 1 year
