Unable to add device mydrive connect and map 22 months old GO PROFESSIONAL 620
Just got a new Go Professional 620 device, and the map data installed is 22 months old. Performed the update from the device itself via wifi, though, the map data didnt update (only system updates).
Have reset the device to see if that helped, though, no progress.
Read up on the forums, and downloaded the MyDrive Connect app, though, when attempting to register my device at the "Do You Want to Add This Device" screen by pressing Continue, it just loops re-prompting the same message. I was also presented with a page not found earlier, though, that appears to have passed.
Probably worth mentioning that I am on Win 10. The device is listed in device manager as Remote NDIS Compatible Device. Online docs suggest it should be listed as Tomtom.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
