Go Camper no traffic info

Hello I purchased my Go Camper one month ago, the live traffic was working perfectly but now it has stopped, looking in my settings it says "expired" I was under the impression that this never expires throughout the life of the Go camper, I have tried following all the trouble shooting videos involving hard and soft resets but still it is not available, can anybody help please?

@VikramK I have the same issue, my new Go Camper says Traffic will expire on 31/05/2021. Please can you fix this? I also need a refund for the purchase of live services that I made in error.
I have an upcoming road trip and need this fixing.
Please arrange for someone to issue a refund. It seems this is not an isolated issue and needs to be fixed widely.

A little frustrated at what seems to now be a common issue given the original post, I am sure it will be sorted. Hopefully before my road trip, which I require the new device and traffic info for.

The frustration is with the fact that the traffic info would have run out during the road trip, I would have had no idea until it happened if I had not checked and discovered it.
