Map bought, not activated.

I have purchased an UK and Ireland map for my Renault Carminat.
I have a receipt but TomTomHome says the map is not activated.
Any ideas what I can do?

I cannot use my navigator.

    I see the map is active on the account now. Could you follow the steps in the video below and check if the map gets offered?

    Now it keeps loading without showing any update.
    I don't understand how it can be that complex.
    The map is installed but not activated...4cwm4ak8nw1d.png

    On top of that, if I remove the map from the device, it cannot be re-downloaded, it doesn't show any update keeps just "loading".

    Strange, never seen that before...
    Does the device load the installed map?

    Also, could you report this to our customer service team, please?

    I am quite disappointed, after 24 hours, I am still not able to use my navigator.
    The update is not shown in the system, and I have already tried to format the sdcard, as per the tutorial.

    The support (by email) just gave me the link for the tutorials.
    I have already tried those, but the map doesn't show up.

    Can I kindly ask you to check if there is anything wrong on your end?
