Updating my product details — TomTom Community

Updating my product details

As the computer I have only has USB-C connections I cannot attach my Device to update details of the product I have. I have tried to do it using a dongle but without any success.

I have also to update it using My Drive on the device but just says "Synching". I let it do this for 24 hrs after which I stopped it. Please advise how I can now update my product.

    How? Trying to do this only results in it Synching for hours. The Tom Tom Support page shows I have no products registered even tho' it was purchased directly from Tom Tom (as a replacement when my XL went out of support). When I try to update it using My Drive Connect app on the Computer I have the same issue with the USB-C connection.
