Rider 500, lifetime updates and MyDrive Connect: problems after restoring services
as my Rider 500, which has lifetime service updates, signaled the expiration of the services, I contacted TomTom technical support.
After the support successfully restored the services, I noticed that my Rider 500 has been deleted from the device list both in my profile and in MyDrive Connect.
There is no way I can add it again.
I have reset the device several times, but MyDrive Connect always returns to the same page on the add page.
Is there a solution to the problem?
