I have a problem with my device. I am trying to add it to MyDrive Connect account. The mydrive connect program recognizes my device as TOMTOM VIA. I click ADD, but operation takes a lot of time and at the end the application gives information that device dont respond. What can I do with that? Any ideas? Thank you in advance. i can't even download a map on it or update the satnav. I have a Tomtom via 180. I already tried several cables and a soft reset with no luck.
