TomTom Premium X - Recovery doesn't work
I have a TomTom Premium X that has a black screen with the TomTom pictured on it and a cable to a computer monitor with a red cross. I have connected the TomTom to my laptop directly and started up MyDrive Connect, it went into a recovery mode, but when the device restarted it came back to the same screen.
I looked for answers on the forum and website, I tried to do the reset via holding the power button and getting the kind of BIOS screen, pressing the power button 3 times fast, hook it up to the computer and it went into the same recovery mode as before.
Tried the above about 4 times now, Is there anyway to hard reset the device, obviously without the entering the menu's cause I'm not able to do so. Like those little reset buttons that are on similar devices, I couldn't find that one on this device.
