No maps found after update error tomtom start 25
I have a Start 25 (Serial BQxxxxxxxxxx13) with lifilong map updates. During the last update I had network issues and somehow the map did not install correctly. Now neither the device nor the MyDriveConnect app shows any map at all. I understand this may be caused by the map certificate being installed, but not the map itself? Could someone from customer support please reset my device or so?
