Change Email Address/Login

I get a permissions error when I try to change my email address. I am referring to the forum email address that is used to login here, not the address used on any device.

I found other posts about this and followed the advice of opening a new private window and am able to change other things, but attempting to change my email address still gives the permissions error.

    Thanks.

    I did hit a snag. It says my email is already taken and won't let me change to it.

    I assume that is because I use said address for MyDrive.

    Any way around that problem?

    Hi @Herbaldew
    It's not possible to change the email address just for the community as your login to the forum is associated with the SSO (Single Sign-On)
    If you already have another account registered with TomTom then I would advise using that for the forum.
