TomTom Go Supreme repeatedly shuts down and restarts spontaneously. Screens don't persist long enough for me to do a factory reset. Soft reset doesn't help.

    Thanks, VikramK. After I had dismounted my device and plugged it in without the mount to recharge in preparation for recovery, the problem disappeared. I tested it on the streets while mounted and still no problem! I'll save the video in case the problem recurs.

    Could be related to a software glitch, I would recommend that you try a recovery mode.
