Traffic says expired but I have lifetime subscription

Hi, I came to use my Tomtom 5200 which I bought not long ago and it says traffic is expired. However when I bought it is said that I will have lifetime subscription. Can you help please?

@VikramK or @lampard should pick this up and review, correcting if necessary, your devices settings on the TT servers.

Welcome to the community! Did you already contact our customer service to fix the services on your account?
I reviewed your account and I see all services are active for the lifetime of the device.
