    Could you give more of an explanation about what you are saying. For example is the unit showing the wrong time since the clocks were altered. If so the time on the unit should be corrected when the device is taken outside and it connects with the satellites..

    On my old TomTom when no route was entered it use to show the speed and also the present time. Now this all singing and dancing device only shows the time when you have programed a destination in. Rubbish there should be a choice.

    Yes I agree with you. But so that I don't have to tap the screen etc when driving the best bodge is to enter a route that your never doing and put the sound on silent.
    you get both then.
