I see all my maps/voices and other content disappeared from both account and Smart Media connect for one of my devices. Please investigate ASAP as I can't manage my device anymore.
I have active map and cameras subscription as well as Live services - nothing is showing anymore

Exception I get in the log btw ( I changed last symbols of my device to XXXXXX)
