Phone not triggering route

Hello,
Normally I can use my phone to find my next location and when I get to the car, the route will be ready, but for the last few days this has not worked at all. I have logged out and in again, but still this refuses to work.
Id be most grateful for any suggestions?

    Welcome to the community!
    Could you do a factory reset on the device and log in again into MyDrive.

    Factory reset- Main menu- Settings- System- Reset device

    Also, ensure that you are logged in to MyDrive on the device-

    Main menu- Settings- MyDrive

    On the phone-
    - Reinstall the app
    - Log in to MyDrive using the same account that was used on the device.

    Test if the sync works when both(device and app) are connected to the internet.
