Mazda NB1 Live Services not working following services renewal

I renewed the Live services package four days ago, and my NB1 still does not have Live services available.

Following instructions on the order confirmation I updated my SD card with TomTom home, discovering the card wasn't recognised by TomTom Home and dealing with that issue. I finally updated the SD card (and its cleared my favourites and preferences for no apparent reason!) and still no Live Services.

I can't access live services settings from my NB1 because whenever I try to enter 'My Live Services' it just stalls endlessly.

Any ideas anybody??

    Welcome to the community!
    The SIM card in the TomTom could have been deactivated if there was no active subscription(LIVE Services) for over 18 months.

    Hi Vikram,

    I last purchased a Live yearly subscription in January 2020, so its only been without an active subscription for about 3 months!

    For some reason, the device does not show as linked to your TomTom account.

    Could you do a factory reset and login into TomTom Services on the device?

    Also please ensure that 'Information sharing' is enabled, see this article
