Mydrive does not send routes to android phone

Hello,
Mydrive stopped sending routes to my Android phone (Samsung s10e). I restored the phone to factory defaults, reinstalled Tomtom go, and toggled the send switches in mydrive.
Nothing helps, can you help?

I am logged in on the mydrive webpage and the Tomtom app doesnt ask for any login, i assume thats using my Google account. Both have the same emailadres
I did toggle the sync many times but totally no results. And it did work in the past.

Hi @Rene59 , after performing factory reset, please make sure to log in back to MyDrive in the TomTom GO Nav app. You can find screen for logging in in TomTom Services from main menu.
We are not using Google account for MyDrive. MyDrive account is not tied to Google account that you added on your device, you need to log in in the app with your MD account, which in your case is only using your gmail address as a user name.7 -

This did the trick, only why is this so hidden? Or am i that dumb?

Could you confirm if you are logged into both MyDrive and the GO Navigation app using the same account?
This feature has been enabled and should be working as expected.
Also after you log in to MyDrive web, try to toggle sync On/Off. Go back to the GO Navigation app and try again.
Let us know if this still doesn’t solve the issue.
