I have a rider 550 with life time flash updates. Today I saw when logging in to Mydrive that I had to take out a subscription for 3 months for flash updates.

Why?

I now have the feeling that TomTom has offered me a subscription that I do not need. Who can help me further? I can't find anywhere online to speak to someone from tomtom about this?
