change log in address in the device Go520

Long time ago I changed my log in e-mail address in the TomTom Home web. Log in on the computer works perfectly with the new e-mail address but on the device there is still the old e-mail and I cannot log in.
Even the "forgot your password" does not work.
How can I change the log in address in the device?

    Hi @zander

    Do a Factory Reset which then enables you to set the unit up as you did when you first took it out of the box thus enabling you to input the new details.

    The Reset will not affect the current Operating System an Map versions on the unit.
