GO 620 not booting up properly

I have a GO620 & when I try to boot it up it just comes to a screen with !Tomtom & a pic of a PC with a red X.
I have tried to restore it through My Drive but it won't restore.
Does anyone know what I may be able to do to get it going? Thx

    Welcome to the community!
    I don't see any issues with the installation logs for your GO WiFi 620. My advice would be to report this to our customer service team for further investigation.

    Further to Vikram's post... It sounds like Recovery Mode has already initialized on your device ???

    MyDrive Connect >> MUST << be running on your PC, and be capable of displaying as >> CONNECTED << on MyDrive Connect...

    When the device is in Recovery Mode... The device MUST be connected to your PC using the supplied USB Cable with MyDrive Connect running in the background for the Recovery process to complete....

    Once Recovery Mode is initiated, and if a connection to MyDrive Connect has NOT established....
    Recovery Mode will continue to attempt to connect to MDC until the Server eventually times-out
    Any attempts at a Restart... The device, will continue to display a Splash screen with image of a PC and a Red Cross or a Screen displaying a spinning disc, until Recovery mode can establish a connection to MyDrive Connect or the Server eventually times-out....


    You may need to contact Tomtom Support....

    my 6200 will not boot up, bar goes halfway across then stops. When connected to my drive it goes through the process of restoring and seems to finish that but then tomtom goes into rebooting and the whole process starts again.
    Any suggestions would be great. Thanks Tom
