How do I 'add my product' to my account?

I've installed the app and have also made an account. On the 'My products' tab of the 'My Drive Connect' app AND the website, clicking on the giant cross or the text (see attached screenshot) just takes me to either:

or this website.

I've also tried plugging in my device to my computer (unfortunately I don't have a USB slot just a converter - although my device shows that it is connected).

Can anyone help me associate my product with my account please?

    Hi, this has been fixed. For the benefit of people with the same problem. To fix it I closed down the app, unplugged the device. Then I opened the app and plugged the device in. The app then recognised the device automatically.
