Cannot add device to MyDrive Connect

Hi, I cannot add a Tomtom GO 60 to a new account.
I got this device from a friend. When I try to add it to my account I get a message like "impossible to add this device at the moment"

    I don't think so, he didn't use it since long and doesn't remember the account access

    Hi @mikiquo

    Have you Factory Reset the unit and input your Tomtom Account details.

    If you have then contact Customer Support o see if they cn sort it for you.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
    Tap Get in Touch
    You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed it will tell you the hours that it will be available.

    Chat is busy you may have to try a few times
    If the above does not work as described then try another Web Browser..
