Hi,

I tried pairing, reinstalling, reseting to factory settings, following tutorials and videos, but nothing works. Any help would be really appreciated here.

Hi, finally I managed to sort this out.

Just if someone faces same issue here are the steps for Gaxy S10 5G (Android 11)

    1 - Unistall Mobile App
    2. - Resett Network Connections
    3. - Reset Band with desktop app
    4. Make sure USB port is working and not saving energy.
    5. In the desktop app, Wait until device is fully charged, don't try to pair while it's charging
    6. Make sure Power saving mode is not enabled in the mobile phone.
    7. Install mobile app and try to pair

I'm mostly interested in this band, for the body composition features, not for the other ones.

Thanks for help and for other comments on google play.

You should reset the phone connection following these steps. First need to remove the watch from the phone's BT menu (in iOS you have it forget the device) after you reset or try pairing again and remove the TomTom_MySports folder from the internal storage of the watch (plug it into a computer and you will see it as a hard drive and can delete it there - I am not sure if this step is needed on the Tough but check it). The steps are: uninstall the app, remove or forget the watch from the phone's BT menu, factory reset the watch, reinstall the app, select Pair New on the app, select Pair New on watch (press down from the clock and select Phone>Pair New, not Sync) and follow the prompts on the phone. You should not be pairing the watch first through the phone's BT menu; it is all done through the app and you must have the phone forget the watch in the BT menu before re-pairing.

I did give you the steps, the point on IOS is it is a different step, in Android you just remove the device. I am not sure how it has never been there, that would mean it was never connected.

This is all a moot point anyway, that product is completely obsolete and was discontinued even before TT Sports went out of business over 3 years ago, throw it out and get a new one from another brand. There are plenty of devices with far better feature sets for less money these days.
