Live traffic on GO 6200

my 6200 live traffic as gone off, i have been told that i have to subscribe so i tried this at £4.50 a month,
why i tried to download it through my drive and i have to use my Bluetooth on live is this right i thought my
my tomtom had a simm card. any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @eliclem-1966

    Your unit has an inbuilt sim and should work in the UK with Traffic being a Lifetime service.. @VikramK or @lampard should pick this up, Monday now, and check your devices settings on the TT servers and adjust if required. Look back here to see what they say.

    If you have purchased a Traffic Subscription then you need to contact Tomtom Customer Support , again on Monday, vis Chat and sort out a refund.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
    Tap Get in Touch
    You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed it will tell you the hours that it will be available.

    Chat is busy you may have to try a few times
    If the above does not work as described then try another Web Browser..
