Clean un-install the TomTom HOME software application. See the steps here-

Download the latest version of TomTom HOME from here-

Welcome to the community!
A map has been reactivated on your account. Just remove the existing map first and download a fresh version using TomTom HOME.

thank you very much, I downloaded the map but it doesn't work, I had the same error, I'm not sure if I have deleted the old map, can you reactivated it please? I thank you in advance.

thank very much VikramK, I deleted the map and downloaded it again, now the system recognize the map without problems.
