Problems connecting my 4RFM watch (Spark??) to my Windows computer and iPhone.
I have tried everything (used different USB ports, different computers etc) aside from the factory reset - which I don't think I can do if my watch is unable to link with my PC - please advise if this is incorrect - I thought that it might require a different solution because now my PC is involved. The watch will still recharge but I cannot upload my latest activities.
I can only assume that it is a problem since the latest Windows update (20H2) and / or some other issue.
