Problems connecting my 4RFM watch (Spark??) to my Windows computer and iPhone.

My 4RFM watch (Spark??) will not now link (via cable and TomTom Sports Connect) to my Windows computer nor via Bluetooth to my iPhone. This watch has been very reliable, well looked after etc. I had a problem a few months ago with the Bluetooth pairing to the iPhone - which was solved with the assistance of this forum, but now it won't link to either device.
I have tried everything (used different USB ports, different computers etc) aside from the factory reset - which I don't think I can do if my watch is unable to link with my PC - please advise if this is incorrect - I thought that it might require a different solution because now my PC is involved. The watch will still recharge but I cannot upload my latest activities.
I can only assume that it is a problem since the latest Windows update (20H2) and / or some other issue.
