problems with downloading activities from my multisport watch

up to recently i did not have any problems downloading my activities via sports connect for my multisport watch. However suddenly the downloading of the activiteis stopped. I can not view the new activities after a certain date. The watch does properly connect to sports connect on my laptop as always. it charges, it updates and the memory is cleared. However the activities that are supposed to be downloaded are not visible in the activities overview. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

    So you can see them on MySports website but not the app? In that case you should uninstall and reinstall the app and make sure you are signing in with the exact same user credentials as the website.
