Charging Battery

My question was missing important information. It should have read...
From new, a message pops up and off of my screen about every 5 minuets. 'Charging Battery' I have approached you before and tried every suggestion you supplied yet my Start 25 still shows this message. It's annoying. Even while still under warranty, I never got any help with this. Things I've tried that you suggested. Charge the device from a USB port on an computer. Try a different cable. Make sure the device is up to date. How can I make this go away. No one I've showed this to or talked to has ever seen it

    Are you using the supplied Tomtom Power Adapter & USB Lead ???
    Many 3rd party Power Adapters or a built-in Car Dashboard USB port will struggle to Run & Charge the device at the same time....
    Note... Built-in Dashboard USB ports in a car normally only supply 500mAmp (0.5Amp) and are for data transfer and not supplying power....
