Maps broken in my renault megane III

Hello friends and Greetings from Greece!

I own a Renault Megane III (2012 / bose edition), with built in navigation system.
I tried to update the maps with "tomtom HOME", from my PC. Unfortunately something went wrong during the proccess, and the maps got corrupted.
Now i cant even enter the menu in my car navi..

The card is not bad/broken. I can still read all the files in my computer (via card reader), and im able to delete or copy anything.
Inside the card, there are some files with the name: europe-454. So i guess this was my map's version..

Im already registered , but i cannot download the map from your application (tomtom HOME).
Could you please help me? im stuck and i cant use my car navigation..
The card has a sticker with the following info : RENAULT - TOMTOM / EUROPE V32 - 25920 3567 R

    Welcome to the community!
    A map has been activated on your TomTom account.
    Reinstall TomTom HOME software first and then check for map updates.

    Uninstall steps-

    Hello again!
    Thank you so much for your immediate response.
    I found the update in tomtom home and installed it.

    But there has been a little mistake. I need maps of greece/eastern europe.
    You send me the map of western europe, without greece!

    Could you please send me the correct maps? I would be grateful.
