Trucker 6000 issues

I’ve recently subscribed to live traffic however it won’t update on my device it still states expired. However when logged into the website it states active.
I then noticed the device wasn’t showing as connected on my drive so removed the device, reinstalled my drive tried to log in but it states “do you want to connect a device” click continue and it doesn’t move from that page it just states it again. My drive is still connected on my device??? Can anyone advise ASAP
