I seem to have two tomtom accounts, and the website doesn't work well with either

The email address associated with my very, very old main account is no longer accessible to me, but I have the password. My subscription reminder came up after 3 years free (historic android version update), I paid it on my phone, which went through all fine, then it went back to saying my subscription is ending.
I need to either get rid of the account the subscription is *not* on, and update the email address on the old one to the new email address (I can't, as my current email address appears to be already associated with a tomtom account),
Or I need to move my subscription from the old account to he new one.
Neither of these things can I self-service.
Can someone who works for TomTom contact me and work through fixing all this please?
