TomTom GO PROFESSIONAL 6250 traffic and routing issue

First time using this product bit disappointed...
1st live traffic not working was routed off at j5 m6 because j6 was shut to find it open
2nd after it diverted me it decides to crash twice....
So what can I do to resolve these problems

    For the traffic part, I would suggest that you try the troubleshooting steps advised in the video below-


    For the crashing issue, it's unclear what could be the actual reason. You can try a recovery mode and test the device when you drive next time. Or else this one has to be reported to our customer services team.
