How to cancel in ongoing subscription for TomTom services

Greeting!
I bought a Start 60 device last month and ordered it to bring in a monthly traffipax database subscription. In the meantime, I sold and today I received an email that the fee was deducted again for the one month prepayment. I would like to ask how it is possible to give up not to automatically pay for what is not.
I can't delete gpst from my account because it won't give up until I connect a device to it? Thanks! Lezlike

    You should be able to cancel the subscriptions on your account itself-

    I reviewed your TomTom account and I don't find a device linked.
