Camera subscription valid but not on device

Hi - I have a VIA 135 which I updated the maps last week and also my camera subscription but came to use it yesterday and the cameras are showing on my account as active til 2022 but not uploading to my device also ALL previous cameras have also disappeared !!! I have tried uninstalling and installing and even done a soft reset - obviously can'y get in touch with TomTom so need some urgent help and how to sort this out as need to use it soon - any and all help is appreciated - thanks Judy
